I did find it a bit ironic with the Cal Roberts thread having lots of comments about how we had done some good business, by offloading an injury prone player, to then go and sign one ourselves. I thought there might be similarities with mental issues surrounding the injuries of both players, so it is good to have read an article like this to reassure me somewhat that we had done our due diligence on JJ. It is also good to hear him say he has lost non of his searing pace, as players that are rapid are not the same players if this is lost. I see this loan spell going one of two ways, either a massive success or a complete bust.
Lets hope his career is on an upward trajectory now and stays injury free.
