    Biesla & Everton

I said at the time, Biesla had run his course.

However, is there anyone else 1/2 hoping that Leeds hijack Evertons talks and gets down on bended knee and begs for forgiveness?

Part of me would like him back at the club to see what he can make of the current squad, yet mostly I think he might not yet have invented a plan B or solved the issues that made him expendable the first time around.

Don’t think he would come back whilst Orta and radz are still here.

They said some pretty cutting things, acted fairly poorly, then seemed to try to change the narrative of what happened post exit and now have given a clown transfer backing he could have only dreamed of.

He has principles that mean he wouldn’t want to return I suspect but sure he would get a better tune out of this squad though

Biesla was great, changed much at ER, and many peoples views on Leeds, but second time around, just wouldnt feel / look and maybe work.
Still think with some transfer cash, Eddie Howe would have been good fit.

I'd hate him to take over but if he had, they'd have been relegated, that squad was nowhere near what he'd need for his style and to learn and implement it immediately would have been impossible.

Bloody miss the guy, hate to see him manage a close rival but also be great to see him bring that fun football back to the PL.

As for him coming back to Leeds, not for me, we are in for Marsch now, he has been backed and it is time for him to put up or shut up, 150m+ investment in players he wants, 3 players bought (nearly) in January and a fully fit squad. If he can't keep this side up with all the advantages he has compared to Bielsa then he isn't fit to manage at the top level.
