    Might explain a bit about some of his exploits if he’s really ‘never eaten vegan food’ haha - a diet of exclusively meat fish and dairy would do things to a man haha

    According to the experts vegan side effects sometimes include anemia, disruptions in hormone production, vitamin B12 deficiencies, and depression from a lack of omega-3 fatty acids.
