    The Busby Babes.

It looks as though Eddie Howe is building our own modern day equivalent of the original Busby Babes.

Along with our own Anderson he has made a great start over the last few months with Kuol, Gordon and now young Ashby from West Ham.

The beauty of doing things this way is that you get them at an age where normally they haven't cost a fortune but they are young enough to be moulded in the fashion a good coach wants. Not just football skills but general attitude and togetherness.

The headline brought back the memory in my 12th year of my favourite player Duncan Edwards dying after a week.Toon players like Allchurch were my dad's age especially Milburn and Mitchell.Edwards was still a ****ager,I was really upset when he passed.
