I think it was mostly nerves, but I don't personally think we, as fans, can expect high-pressing football with the same intensy that we're used to for 90 mins going forward. Players are known to burn out from this tactic, and I think the coaches are aware that we will need to be able to adjust our tactical mentality as the games unfold.
Our style is not far off Klopp's or Bielsa's and both Liverpool and Leeds have had/are having spells where they look like they are running on an empty tank.
For the final, I think the players will be ready to give it their all!
