Badly cheated by the officials here again today. Ridiculous red card when well on top and how the clear handball wasn't checked needs to be questioned big time as it was a one-handed save which prevented a goal ffs.

Feels like we've been shafted a wee bit today though, doesn't feel like the better team is winning, you'd not expect to win today but given the way the game was going before the sending off we had a very good chance

Other results gone for us and tough games coming up for some of our rivals, fermers at home next for us in the league, big game, need a positive support, plenty winnable games between now and end of season (ibrox apart in April)

Cross was deflected off a Utd player anyway. They were never giving that.

It's not irrelevant at all. If Shanks is offside, they go to the deflection on the cross. If the deflection is a deliberate action by the defender to win the ball (which it was), then the goal stands.

Nothing went for us. That said, so much more to be positive about performance wise. Despite harsh result, we have not lost any ground either

Wouldn't have mattered with the VAR sending off etc... we'd have still lost that game today from 1 up, can't kill teams off, can't keep it tight at the back, not good enough all round, weak bench too, that's just the reality of the situation, folk can dress it up how they like.

That's an incredibly defeatist summary, given how good we were in the first half. Theres no dressing up at all. We were excellent for 45mins.

Agreed. Its a shame the cup tie is getting in the way of bouncing straight tbh, but we can take a lot of positives from that. Folk banged on pre-match about getting a reaction. We got one.
