A couple of observations, women's super (snigger) league, nobody cares
2 the ref deserves credit yesterday for not caving to two big penalty appeals for Torquay.

Let’s face it, we’ve not been on our A game since before the first half against Oldham Boxing Day.

But yesterdays battle, graft and craft against 12 felt more like it.

It will frankly be a disgrace if we don’t get promoted.
Yeah I’m not sure, given the circumstances, whether yesterday counts as an improved performance on those since Christmas, but hopefully coming through it will mean we’re back to our best against Chesterfield and Barnet.

Will certainly need to be, given Chesterfield’s home form and Barnet’s form full stop.

    Three observations from Torquay highlights
    1. The Torquay commentators were very biased, even when Langstaff scored a goal that wouldn't have disgraced Div 1 let alone NL not one word of praise.
    2. Whilst JB gave the ball away for their goal(and as he's the new scapegoat) its easy to blame him for the goal but him and KC sprinted back so that by the time the cross came in we had plenty of players back and AB misjudged the flight of the ball from the cross.
    3. Great to see SS make a couple of good saves and show what a good keeper he is at this level.

Slightly harsh on Baldwin as he was in effect trying to mark two players, Palmer and Ruben should have been picking up Lapslie as both were behind Baldwin at the time the ball was played back for the cross.

Just seen the Rodders hand ball incident, so you can be on a yellow and continue to go through the back of a player. However handle a ball going knowhere that's 90% out of play and you're off!!!! This league is a f**king joke!!

Missed this one getting drunk in Singapore with the score pinned to my phone screen. Oof.

It's so darn tight. Fact is both Notts and Wrexham hold the title in their own hands at the moment. Slight advantage to Wrexham in that they don't have to do it on goal difference.
