    You need somewhere to draft from, primarily the college system. England/football doesn't have that setup as the clubs grab some kids from 6 years old.

    So do the likes of City, Spurs, Ars.enal etc. I find it sick putting false hope into kids that young, dads spouting to all and sundry how good their kid is having been scouted by x club whilst spending hundreds if not a few thousand pounds, transporting their kids to academies only to be rejected in later life.

    You'd have to change the system, and all over Europe too otherwise English football would fall behind.

    You can bet your house they won't be expelled from the Premier League.
    Can you imagine the can of worms that would open because it's pretty certain City aren't the only PL club who have committed financial irregularities.
