Finally managed to get a utility bill from Utility Warehouse for the one we have the offer on. 275 for gas/electric for January for a 1970s extended 3br semi (now 5br ~1350 sq ft) with 3 adults and 2 kids living there. How does that compare to others' bills? Sounds expensive to me but I know UK has been having energy challenges.

No idea m8. I have solar panels/batterys so not a true reading. My gas n leccy last year was £940 gas £420 leccy
