    Chairman’s health

A bit of shocking news from the club.

No matter how Dave Cormack’s perceived, I’m certain that we can agree that his recovery is his major challenge right now, and hope that his surgery is a success.

As someone with heart issues myself, he has my sympathy.
I'm assuming this will mean our search for a manager will be on hold for the foreseeable.

No, it says in the statement from the club that Burrows will be taking over from DC in the search to appoint a new manager.

Wish him all the best - I’m sure it’ll go fine.

Good it was found in tests before anything more serious happened.

Mixed feelings on the manager search. Given fit an absolute mare he’s had with the first two appointments he made, I’m not upset he’s stepping aside in the search process, but Burrow’s last couple of appointments at Murderwell have been pish too, so out the frying pan into the fire?

    Time will tell…

I see Hibs have just lost their US based Chairman. Sad.

One dies and another US based Chairman undergoes major surgery in the same week. Life throws up some co-incidences.
