I get folk aren't satisfied with him and are voicing that but it just seems so futile and to no end.
Ogren is the bigger problem long term. It is him we need out. Unfortunately given the debt we are in to him he will be here for a long time yet.

The only way to force some change is to starve them of income, but that will come to the detriment of the team due to decreased budget to get out of the championship.

This is a worse situation than with ST imho, the debts worse, he has less of a clue/interest about football. Has no prior ties to the club and is completely unwilling to listen to the fans. At least with ST we knew he wanted out.

same chick, back 4 doesn't work for us, we're far too slow for that and theres no protection for them from midfield, ultimately that back 4 got JR pumped, to go back 4 again two games in a row after a defeat was a strange move

we need a full new defence next season, whatever league we're in, we need a fresh start, smith etc. need to go

You are spot on. We can't play a back 4, not because of the defenders, it's more to do with the fact we don't have defensive cover on front of them. We just don't have that player at the club, certainly from the ones I've seen this season anyway.

Back 3 wasn't working, he tried to go to back 4 to see if that would work. Ultimately nothing will work since we have a completely unbalanced squad. Said this back in the early stages of the season that we simply do not have a formation that wouldnt expose us due to square pegs in round holes and we did absolutely nothing to address that in January.

If it were me id not swicth back to the 343 with 2 wide players in the front 3.

Id go 3412 - Get someone up top beside fletcher and get either McGrath or Levitt in behind the 2

We did have that player yesterday, but he is just as slow as the 2 he is supposed to be protecting. But him and that keeper are the epitome of how bad our recruitment has been this season.

Ogren thinks we will be straight back up, but the players dont have the fight for the current predicament, so im damn sure they wont last 5 minutes next season!

From a purely TV perspective there has been 3 modes of play.

First after 20 seconds of giving the ball away we play 1-9-1
Within 8 seconds of us being pedestrian in attack formation 1-4-0-0-0-0-0-4-1
Immediately followed by a kick off and 10 outfield players scratching heads to see where to stand.
