    Google weather forecast for here next tues rain/snow so hopeful for our home game. For Cheltenham festival no snow in the forecast rain about though for the 4 days.

    830am. I've cleared my drive and my 2 elderly neighbours drives
    now making orange and blackcurrant snow cones with my granddaughter

    Snow shovel duty this morning Brin, cleared snow from 5 bungalows my side, &
    3 bungalows at the otherside. Plus did the back of 3 bungalows.

    I do it for people who can not do it themselves.

    About 2-3 inches snow here in Swinton.
    Drove to Chapeltown last night to pick son up, went Wentworth way, terrible conditions,
    no trains or a taxi available for son.

    Hope the sun melts some of the snow away during the day.supposed to be minus 6 over night tonight so whatever is left there will be treacherous tomorrow.I think the compacted snow and ice is the worst phase of this type of weather.
