Hibs have replaced Ron as chairman with Malcolm McPherson as non-executive chairman. He's been Hibs chairman in the past.
Kathrin Hamilton as Non-Executive Vice-Chairman. Was already on the board, appointed by Ron.
Ron's wife Kitty and son Ian have both agreed to join the board.
