    Is this post something to do with semantics? He might not have been appointed by Nelms because that would be done by our owner, but surely Nelms would have agreed with the decision to appoint GB and his assistant?
    Or is there something else?

    Obviously Nelms agreed to the appointment. But he certainly didn’t choose him.
