O/T last time you had a crisp sandwich?

Just suddenly had a pang for a crisp sandwich??

Opted for lurpak on the bread with salt and vinegar crisps but with a twist. I put some dill on just to put an edge on it.

IF you eat crisp sandwiches what’s your favourite?

Or why not try one 😄

I had one last week, used to think a terrible thing to do, but my wife always
had crisp sandwiches, more or less got me to try them.
I like to get Danish Blue or Stilton cheese on a plate with normally plain
crisps, lurpak butter with thick bread.

ELK, , ditto with the lurpak and thick bread 👍

Have to admit blue Stilton is my favourite cheese.

I still have crisp sandwiches fairly regularly, or more accurately crisp rolls/breadcakes/baps whatever you call them these days. S&V my favourite.

I also like to break up crisps on top of a bowl of chili. Preferably something really cheesy like Doritos or regular Cheddar Cheese crisps that you can get here in the US.

CAM, having visited 30 states with my family, don’t you think the yanks throw anything on anything? 👍

Boy do they love their maple syrup on just about everything 🤣🤣🤣

At school we used used to pick the bread out of the middle of a bread cake through a hole at the top then crush a packet of crisps and pour them inside

Maybe he's using chips in the American sense of the word?

I'll never forget my first experience here after a long flight to Boston and 5 hour drive up to our hotel in New Hampshire. Sat down in the hotel restaurant about 10pm on a Friday night to enjoy a burger and chips and got a burger and crisps
