    Tommy Goss

Big Tommy banging in the goals for Annan this season and is the leagues top goalscorer. He’s improved massively since his time at Palmerston where he was here for too soon in his career. It was always a gamble going from Abbey Vale to the Scottish Championship.

Would you take him back to Palmerston though next season ?

Of course. A Dumfries lad, tall, strong and a target man who can score goals. It's a no- brainer, especially when all our forward players (for all their talent) average about 5 foot 7 and weigh around 10 stone, we need a 13 stone plus, six foot five inch striker who has a point to prove, just like we need Aaron Muirhead in defence. There's 2 players for next season Marvin who would do a job for you.

If Queens wanted big Tommy they would need to match what he earns as a plasterer along with his Annan wage. Not sure he’d leave for anything less.

Queens can surely attract part time players into their fold? We are cutting our noses off to suit our full time status, and that is crazy.

I rather doubt that Big Tommy will have fond memories of his short time with Queens. Never given a proper chance.

Agreed..........but big Marvin would!............................or he should. (part time or not)

We may well see him playing against Queens come August.

Good luck to big Tommy and the other ex - Doonhamer players against Clyde and hopefully they can win over the two legs and join Alloa and Falkirk (both who finished above Queens) in Division One next season
