    Penalties

I’ve just watched Havertz score a penalty against Everton, he stopped half way in his ‘run up’, penalty allowed, though. I have always believed that it was not allowed to pause in the run up to taking a penalty; has the law been changed on this? If not, why doesn’t VAR intervene and tell the ref to disallow the penalty?

As long as you keep moving, which I think he did, a stutter is still movement……then this is fine.

I love the way Havertz and Toney take pens, so cool.

I really hate the way they take penalties, I think Havertz stopped, that should have been disallowed, he’s the sort of player that makes me dislike the Premier League.
