I fill in the YouGov poll everday sinkov, I'm seriously thinking of juxtaposing the results on here on a daily basis. I'm truly amazed at a lot of the results sometimes in a way I would least expect. What do you think?

Because an awful lot of people don't want most of the above. There is still a majority of people, according to a YouGov poll, who don't think we locked down long enough or hard enough. So it's obvious the majority of people simply don't think at all.

And therein is one of the biggest problems, sinkov. Too many people do not think and, worse still, are not encouraged to think beyond who will win Love Island.

I door canvassed for 50 years for the Labour Party until Corbyn was deposed S_c, but I was constantly amazed as to how some people manage to even tie their shoe laces. Irrespective of political persuasion some of the comments were jawdropping.

I remain convinced that our secondary school education is in the main rudimentary poor.

I agree BT. It seems to be focused on results for Ofsted rather than developing the individual. The educational system needs revisiting with a clean sheet of paper. What are the priorities and how are they achieved?

When I was of school age, schools did have reputations - good and bad. For the boys, Townely didn’t enjoy the best reputation, whereas Burnley Grammar did have a good reputation. For the girls, Walshaw was not rated, whilst Paddock House was.

However, there didn’t seem to be all the navel gazing that goes on now and the focus was on relevant subjects - not taught by drag artists either.

You know BT, beneath that Loony Left exterior, I am convinced there is a normal, sane, intelligent, sensible person trying to get out. You just don't let him out much on here though do you ?
