Are you a vegetarian Norder? My daughter is a vegetarian too. I tried it, lasted a month.

I am so......I'd eat my greens and leave (or suffer) the meat....the outcome was inevitable.

Bamber Bridge, best Butter Pies in the Northern Prem, I used to love going there just for the pies. Then they went and got promoted and Clitheroe don't play there any more. I miss those pies.

I know the feeling - Sinkov.....I often think about butter pies from a bakery in Cleveleys....have even contemplated postage, family would do it if I asked, but wouldn't be the shop fresh sea air experience..........did you get them at the match or from a bakery ?, worth knowing who/where it seems, and someone has to supply the game, likely they're local.

Got them on the ground Norder, I could have asked where they got them from but I never thought to. I did once though at Warrington Town, superb pie at half-time, so good I went back in and asked if they sourced their pies locally, thinking I might nip in and take a couple home. 'Oh yes' he said, 'Just a couple of hundred yards down the road on the left'. 'What's it called ?' I asked, 'Morrisons' he said. Which sort of flushed my reputation as a pie expert down the toilet somewhat.

Not often they have them but Greenhalgh's butter pies are off the chart.

Galloways of Wigan likewise. Proper pies are those.

If I ever found myself on Death Row this would be it...
