We've finally reached number 40 of these follies. No football of interest for a couple of weeks (a bit like after 4pm on Saturday) and so here's something to keep you occupied. Some very easy ones but also some more difficult ones to chew over.
In this year the first steps towards Brentrance were taken as the UK started negotiations to join the EEC, Milton Keynes became the designated venue for London overspill and The National Front were formed as Britain got it's first black head teacher and London police officer. In sport Foinaven won the Grand National at 100/1, Donald Campbell was killed on Coniston Water and Celtic lifted the European Cup. In the world of entertainment, The Prisoner, The Forsyth Saga and Trumpton all made their debut on TV.
Song title and artists needed and limit 5 entries per poster (if you are going for 5 please try and put them all in one reply). You are allowed a 2nd set of 5 once the quiz has been up 24 hours so after 6:15pm Tuesday. NO GOOGLING PLEASE. Pull the answers from the depths of your brain.
