For a good number of years I’ve been yelling at the screen during England games to get Jack on. Yesterday I was doing the opposite. Get him off! Not sure if I’m missing something but personally I think he was a better player when he was with us.

Perhaps I’m just being biased but he was comparatively poor last night.

I'm thinking the same, he looks a player who's lost his confidence! He gets the ball and passes back, almost as much as Phillips but if he goes forward he end up on his arse, mostly because he is diving and most are embarrassing. You expect more from an international well much more especially one who cost 100 million, I do not see what he brings to the national team. Question is, when Pep gets fed up of him, would we have him back??

I would agree, the ‘Best manager in the world’ has turned an exciting, match-winning dazzler, into a shackled, 'to me, to you' robot.

Southgate is not brave enough to unleash Jack, no surprise really.

Two managers have effectively ruined a priceless (100m) talent. Shame on the overrated fugwitts.

Why has Mouthgate took Madison off with 5 mins left to bring Greallish on??? Having waited 3 years for his call up, could he not have left him on? What's he going to learn from Jack in those 5 mins, we are 2 up...
