In April we have one match every 4 days. Our optimum schedule is one match every seven days. Furthermore, the quality of the opposition in April is such that it would be appropriate to have some trepidation about the outcome of that month's matches. Even when our opposition has the same frequency of matches as us our results are sub-optimal when playing more than once every seven days.
