Some tip from son, ran 12th out of 12 runners.
I had £80 on it yesterday at 15/8 - another £20 on at 11/2 today
Also had a £10 double with High Moon [2nd] also £10 win High Noon.
I should have not backed it today, with the prices going out, & just stood yesterday's stake.
£120 down on bet.

As a lad I got an autograph from Willie Carson on the way to the parade ring. He was riding a odds on fav. I asked how far are you going to win by? He winked and said not this race but the next one.. 16/1 outsider gave my dad about a week's wage.
