Carlton has had a mild heart Attack while running a half marathon.At 57 he looked fit as a fiddle having ran several marathons previously.he had a feeling after the first mile that something wasn’t right and after completing the run went to hospital where they confirmed. Just goes to show you never know. Hope he’s ok as seems a top bloke …did well in his career ,even getting a few England caps.

Walking or swimming are the best exercises, not running which causes knee replacements and hip replacements, just look at footballers, most drop dead young. How old was Churchill?🙂

Only a matter of time before he like Anne Boleyn he is played by a black actor. In the Darkest Hour old Winnie was told to carry on the war with Germany by a black guy on the tube, you learn something every day.
Old Winston was a busy man, he didn't have time to go running around the streets.
