O/T:- England C & Analysts Bar

As some of you may already know myself, Colin Sisson and Tom Williams, working as Analysts bar recently assisted England C Boss Paul Fairclough in squad selection for the recent international with Wales C. On top of that we put together a comprehensive opposition analysis report and provided tactical support, specifically around set pieces that was used for player briefing's prior to the game.

The whole process had many challenges, reducing the age of the squad, selecting just one player from each team and ensuring those selected had the necessary skill sets to meet the match plan requirements.

We have released a short article providing a little insight into the process and our pride in being able to represent in our country, albeit behind the scenes.

Our first thought was we can't select Macca! In our first meeting we were told they had one selection so far, guess who?! That was all a bit of a nightmare for us.
