On both clubs! Defamation of character, slander, or libel, or all three? Come on Kerr which one is it if he's found not guilty?

Don't think it's any Brin. I would imagine any employer is perfectly within their rights to suspend an employee who has been charged with a serious ***ual offence (or any serious offence). It also doesn't state he's been suspended without pay so if indeed he is found not guilty there might not even be a claim to be answered.

He will still be on full pay.

So will be nothing to answer.

He hasn't been sacked etc just suspended on full pay

Not guilty by a jury comprised of 9 women and 3 men. Let's hope the young man can now rebuild his career after what he's been through.

It’s so easy for anyone to shout ‘rape’ but so hard to clear your name with the stigma of having it hanging over your head for a long period of time.

If he became available for transfer or loan would our fans welcome him here?

I for one would, he’s not guilty and he’s not a bad little player either.
