My mistake, it was because BFC had failed to file their annual accounts on time. Do any of the companies ALK own ever file their accounts on time ?

Just what I'm thinking mon ami, must be a bit time consuming though, keep having to apply for extensions and explaining why they should be granted one. Wouldn't it be easier to do the job properly in the first place ?
