A brace from the outstanding Jes Rak Sakyi in the first half and a goal scored in the 2nd by Macaulay Bonne were enough to bring home the three points for Charlton on Easter Monday. Charlton were dominant in the first half and might have scored more.

However Burton did claw themselves back into the game at the end of the first half and into the 2nd. Defender Sam Hughes scoring after a defensive lapse from a goal keeping error. A long ball had not been cleared which unsettled the Charlton team though Bonne then had chances to score more. Josh Walker for Burton scored late in the game to set up a nervy finish. Ashley Maynard-Brewer made a late save to ensure the Add1cks were able to hold on.
