    Newcastle v Spuds

Pope, Trippier, Schar, Botman, Burn; Bruno, Longstaff, Willock; Joelinton, Murphy, Isak. Cant believe Burn and Murphy start yet again

Yeah, really disappointing. Maybe he feels he didn't want to experiment with Targett in such a big game, but he's had weeks to get him back in. Murphy is just odd.

My predictions, Burn offers nothing going forward and is a liability against Kulusevski. Murphy does nothing all game.

Thought he may be tempted to go wilson and isak today.

I agree totally Burn cant produce going forward unlike Targett and Murphy well its a mystery how he keeps starting ahead of better players maybe Isak on the wing and Wilson down the centre.

Longstaff will give us a bit more backbone and allow Bruno to do more of his thing so it's good to see him back. Decent options off the bench with Wilson and Gordon, too.

Need to get right into these from the off.

Disagree about Murphy, he’s like Marmite, he gives energy and workrste which is what we will need today. His end product could be better though,no doubt about that. He won’t last the whole game,Gordon and Wilson will come on at some point. In Eddie we trust.
