League One play-off semi-finals face a late date switch to the schedules.

With Sheffield Wednesday [3rd], Barnsley Fc [4th], & Bolton Wanderers [??] confirmed in play-offs.
With either Derby County or Peterborough United taking the final spot.

Bolton Wanderers face Bristol Rovers on Sunday 7 May, which will determine if they finish 5th or 6th
After South Yorkshire police concerns over travelling fans heading in the same direction, the EFL
have changed the dates, from Saturday 20th May for the 2nd legs.

If - Bolton Wanderers finish in 5th place it will mean

    1st leg semi-final - Bolton Wanderers v Barnsley Fc on Saturday 13th May - 3pm kick off
    .................................................. .. With .................................................. ............
    2nd leg semi-final - Barnsley Fc v Bolton Wanderers on Friday 19th May - 8pm kick off

If - Bolton Wanderers finish in 6th place it will mean

    1st leg semi-final - Bolton Wanderers v Sheffield Wednesday on Friday 12th May - 8pm kick off
    .................................................. . With .................................................. .......................
    2nd leg semi-final - Sheffield Wednesday v Bolton Wanderers on Thursday 18th May - 8pm kick off

Both 2nd legs were scheduled to play Saturday 20th May

Fans will not be happy with the Thursday & Friday fixtures, due to work issues.

    Play-off final remains unchanged - Monday 29th May - 3pm kick off

Yet this Sunday, Weds play Derby at home and Barnsley play Peterborough at home at same time. Being last game of season S Yorks police will have to deal with that one.

Even SYPF can't interfere with the last match, they all have to kick off at the same time............play-off's different....

I'm really looking forward to seeing the Wednesday fans with their phones out again as they lose the 2nd leg
