    Played so well

It was a great performance but alas it wasn't to be.
    Lads did us proud tonight.
I had to turn the box off at the final whistle just couldn't bring myself to watch.
    One more thing,how wasn't that a penalty?
    Hope may brings more fortune.

    We are the Champions
Doesn't get much better winning it at Rovers.
On a serious note, you lads played well and deserved a point and should have had a penalty .
Ashley Barnes made a great save. 👍

Good luck in your next games.😎

Well done Alf. You thoroughly deserved everything this season.

We came up just short of being good enough. We simply cant compete with a side who spent that much money and have that many quality players on loan from good Prem sides. Benson is clearly a Prem League player and will go back to his parent club having had a great season. I imagine a player like him will start to look great in a good Prem side next season.

Tough night, but then we can look to the future. Adam Wharton is better than all of them, ran the game and was a class act composed all night, Pity Burnley, a nice football side, felt they had to rough him up all night, and even had to bring Cork on to try break the 18 year old lads leg because nobody else was getting near him. Thats another decent player coming through our academy is our our player. We have to rely on that now, no side at our level can compete with a club buying a league title like Burnley and all other clubs who come down with parachute payments, which is why they are looking to scrap them as its ruining football in the Champ & Div1.

Season is over now, onto next season. Good luck in the Prem.
