    Relegation - What next.

Here across the pond we have a saying " It ain't over until the fat lady sings". There are exceptions to every rule and obviously we are done.

Curious to hear from those that have been through this...what's next?

-How much parachute payment do we get?
-Is there any other money such as advertising or ancillaries we get?
-Any TV money in the championship?
-Do our sponsor deals follow us to the championship or are those waived?

    On a more general note:

-Do we get rid of any debts or big contracts?
-Anyone that we could sell for decent money or does that vanish due to lack of negotiation position?
-Do the 49's still buy us? Is that deal locked up?
-Can we get rid of Orta?

    Squad wise;

-Any players worth keeping that stay with the squad out of loyalty to the shirt?
-Are the youngsters on loan or playing U-23's locked in or do they get a release due to relegation.
-If a loan players team is not in the playoffs can they be recalled with out penalty to us? Might be nice to give them a taste
of Prem football before the drop

At this point it seems that the best course is to play the youngsters and get them ready for the championship. better than playing the "first teamers" and getting drilled the last 4 games.

First thing is to get rid of orta, never gonna happen, get a decent recruitment going, get decent coaches, cos whoever is coaching this lot wants shooting, from keeper all the way to striker each department is abysmal. Get rid of all who played Sunday except gnonto, wober, Harrison, Cooper and ayling. Find a decent manager with some passion and a strategy....not much to ask for really then, expect none of the above will happen, as this is Leeds. Just shows what a genius bielsa was to get us to where he did with what he had, and to think he got slated, ridiculed and sacked for a 4 game bad run...laughable when you now see what we've had since.

We really need a decent manager first and foremost imo. Someone that has no room for sentiment and will make sure the rubbish is thrown out and will stand up to the DoF. ( Hopefully at this point Orta will be gone).

Again my view, it must be a manager that is allowed to build his own squad and not have players chucked in by the DoF or anyone else.

Without this, I think we will just keep repeating our current cycle and not make any real progress.

Embarrassing results against the likes of Hull City/Rotherham/Millwall/Cardiff/Plymouth/Ipswich etc due to being every feckers cup final.

46 games in a season playing up to 3 games in a week.

Being on the TV most weeks (EFL cash cow)

Afraid so norfolk , we only stayed up last season thanks to Alf's lot bottling it , warning signs were there for all to see this season apart from the board.

    Depressing times ahead unfortunately.

I still find it inconceivable that for 3 seasons we've needed a striker and a left back, high urgent priority, and we end up with rutter and firpo.....oh how we all laugh.

Time for new owners and a new direction.

If by a miracle we stay up need to be big changes at all levels - if as seems very probable we do go down then those changes must be inevitable.

Reality is we'd be shafted because we owe like 50m to JKA. Rutter just cost us 35m and we've a bunch of players like Kristensen, Aaronson, Sinisterra, Firpo, Roca etc who you aren't getting good value on when they're sold.
