Stay in championship.Im dreading next season, those awful VAR decisions, dreadful commentary, dirty fouls and cheating..Rolling over and feigning injuries. Roll on relegation I hate the Premier league now..Its not it's all cracker up to be ..
So what's the answer champs?
Scrap the whole team and start again?
The manager isn't at fault but we have a team of bottlers right?
We are not attracting new fans and the prem lovers have left and gone to support the red or blue side of manchester.
You touched on the fact that the players are comfortable and not aiming high.
I actually agree with this now

Not just that they are comfortable. Its the fact almost all would be having to find new clubs if we went up. Because almost all with the possible exception of Wharton, JRC and in coming years Philip's. The rest are midtsble Champ players. No more great facilities and decent wage. With zero pressure. They would be getting moved to places like Wigan etc. So why would they push through and strive to be better? They would be moved on most of them.
We are looking at what a great season looks like. It just happened. And personally I never felt one fan was overly joyed with what happened. Every defeat was met with quite a fair bit of mosning. So yes, I question what it is that fans want? Our budget is bottom 8.
Our net spend is bottom 5.
It's not Burnleys fault. But personally I want no part of any of that. Buying promotion because your so inept to stay in the Prem but you are awarded £147m. That's ruining football. That's what they celebrated at Ewood 2 weeks ago. The ultimate destruction of English football. The game is massively swayed to a few crap clubs in the top league who can't manage to stay up. But come down with more money than the entire division. There is no achievement. No club at our level can try compete with that.
So yes. All in all its pretty pointless. I'm bored pretty much every season.
Bury FC have finally managed to reform. They merged with a pheonix club AFC Bury and now return back to Gigg Lane.
Football down in the lower depths is more honest, more fun and not completely ruined by money all in just one league. It's a game I recognise. All I want to do is enjoy football again. So I'm going to start to follow them as they hopefully start to rise through the leagues and try get back to the league. I belive those kind of clubs need fans. Appreciate your time. And rely on your support. And I just want to see a league that isn't ruled by just money and nothing else like the Prem & Champ.
Its my town. And I just wasn't enjoying watching Rovers season fall apart live on Sky every season. It was soul destroying.
Good luck to Rovers next season. I feel they have a really good chance of trying to build for next season. If they can get a goal scorer & hang on to JDT, Wharton and get a few experienced lads they have a top 8 side.
