it very sad BT...but then, this is really about those of the socially engineered "leader cult", are so connected to it, they feel like they'll lose a part of themselves if they go against it, even if that means rejecting common sense for deceptive ideas, no wonder we're in such a mess.

    Stand up for malcontents

Malcontent:"a person who is dissatisfied and rebellious". How would anything change if there were no malcontents? And why are all malcontents asssumed to be miserable? Come on sinkov you can do better than that.

I don't say the malcontents are miserable, I expect they really enjoy what they do, but they do seem dissatisfied and rebellious.

No one had to watch it mon ami, there were alternative ways to pass the day, for instance, hitting a little white ball around a field all day, otherwise known as 36 holes of golf, the most supremely futile sport /pastime man has ever invented. Anyway, how did it go ? Was the course thronged with other disenchanted Republicans, and were you under-par ?

This post started as an anti-monarchist rant and centred on the cost etc.
Another very dubious use of public money is the cost of the Eurovision to the UK TV licence payers and taxpayers of Liverpool.
With 1.03 million licence payers the cost is just over £10 per head, over three times as much as the other extravaganza cost me.
The taxpayers of Liverpool, we could joke about that of course, will be paying a total of £21 million in order to stage the event.

It is amongst the biggest load of crap to feature on TV these days and that is saying something when you consider all these so-called 'reality' programmes which are considered as entertainment.
I thought that the country was struggling and families can't afford to eat etc., etc., however, Liverpool City Council will throw £21 million down the drain no matter what.

I know which extravaganza is the best value for my money and it only cost me less than one third of the cost of diversity unlimited.

However, I have expressed my views and, as sinkov correctly states, I certainly don't have to watch any of the Eurovision, although it has had more air space than the Coronation over the last few months. At least the Aussies must enjoy it.

I recorded the first semi-final for Mrs S, I know she has had some interest in it in the past, she watched the first ten minutes and then switched it off. And this is a lady who loves Corry and Strictly, must be some serious bilge for my missus to give up after 10 minutes.

A nice 43 in the morning and a 42 in the afternoon loads of ale and good food, what’s not to like? We had a bit of trouble with a Royalist who objected to our scorn but once my mate threatened to sort him in the car park he shut up.

An offer of outside usually works better than any muzzle doesn't it.
