I love these birds I really do. We have a pair who guard our gardens from pesky bloody pigeons. The female takes at least one a week.

It's fascinating to watch the birds hatching, fledgling and then going it's own way,I'm presuming that sone come back the following year and it's nit unusual to see a dead pigeon being fed to the youngsters
