    Players released

    From the Queens website

    "The Manager held a meeting with the squad earlier this week and we can now confirm that the following players will be leaving the club:

    Dave McKay

    Ciaran McKenna

    Stuart Morrison

    Connor Murray

    Michael Ruth



    Our loanee players have also returned to their parent clubs."

    No surprises there and looking at the match programme recently we have / had 31 players on the books so I would expect more to move on to pastures new !

    No real surprises.

    Connor Murray played well on Saturday when he came on - but that was one of the few times this season that he's come up trumps.

    Second top scorer this season I think but he shows no consistent form and is guilty of giving the ball away far too often.

    Gets a trophy for !00 Queens appearances on Saturday and 4 days later gets his P45 - c'est la vie !

    Wishing Ryan Muir all the very best at our near neighbours. I don't think he got the chances he deserved and being thrown into the lions den of the Hamilton cup tie was a very tough ask.

    Played the first half against Kilmarnock who beat Annan 3 - 0 today
