    Fake fixtures.....

....posted on Twitter, said our first game was home to City. These fixtures were proved to be fraudulent, since when another set of fixtures has appeared, which have us at home to Liverpool in the Saturday 12.30 game. Could this list be genuine, we'll find out soon enough.

I believe the EPL officially publish at 09.00 today.

    Luton away is nailed on.

With Luton struggling to get their ground ready in time, I would expect their first game at least to be away from home. Luton away is the one fixture I don't think we will open with.

Good luck to them, I suppose you could say they are an inspiration for all lower division clubs, if they can do it anyone can.

Quite an incredible story sinkov, the scriptwriter of "Roy and the Rovers" could not have made this storyline up. Speaking of which whatever happened to the "Rovers"?

Quite bizarre, the fake fixtures were right, we start at home to City on the Friday night, 8 pm on Sky, and our first away game is at Luton.

Don't man C play themselves in the Charity Shield before our game (or perhaps Arsenal) so they might be a bit jaded (as if) when we play them?

I remember the last time we played the reigning Champions from Manchester in the opening home fixture of the season...
