I'm sad to say Marlene passed away on Saturday 13th May at 05.10am
I'm still in shock and though it was expected after a lengthy illness I was devastated when she actually went.

I will not be posting anything after today until next season, if then

This really does put the Trivial situation with LUFC into sharp perspective ..... for me anyway.

There aren't words that express true feelings at a time like this, but as with all others I feel for you and with you and yours.

Understand about not posting, but come back when you're ready (a little distraction from the hard grind and some "banter" won't go amiss, I speak from experience, (despite the various flouncings! ) and in the meantime I know I speak for all those who have posted here when I say stay strong for your lady and her memory.

So sorry mate no words can describe what one feels after a loss like that but feel assured we all feel your pain. Look after yourself and the rest of the family. Remember all the great times you had and feel lucky to have had them as a lot of people don't experience quality of happiness at all. All the best.
