He's under contract with Norwich until 2024 with an extra year's option. Unless he's convinced he won't get game time there (or get loaned into a good L1 side) I think it'd be very tough to convince both man and club to let us sign him. Originally Posted by Big Bob

Agree, no real surprises on those retained and released. The lengthy statement from Luke Williams on each and every player impacted was totally brilliant. I cannot remember the retained list announcement being accompanied by such a detailed analysis. He really is a great manager of people as well as a fantastic head coach. We are very fortunate to have him at our club.

Disappointed about Vincent, thought he could still do something, especially with a 7 man bench.
As LW says, he has nothing to do with recruitment, presumably he has the final say pn retention?

It is tough on EF and FV, but there is no room for sentiment in football and if we are to be successful higher up the pyramid, we do need to look to replace both of them with better. Good to know we only have to wait a week to find out who has accepted there new contract offers.
