I enclose details about a Major Planning Application from the Argyll and Bute Council website because I could not find the information from the Dundee City Council website. https://www.argyll-bute.gov.uk/natio...r-developments
It gives details mostly about Pre Application Notice meetings which are usually held shortly before the Major Planning Application is submitted to the Local Authority not held once every five years.

I am quite happy to speculate. Maybe some Dee actually knows the answer. Not worried about facts for Campy situation, quite happy with some kind of guideline that could be applied to Campy development.

It is certainly an expensive way to borrow money to pay for the cost of a major planning application.

I think you will need to advise the people on TDB Forum what we were told at the Q and A section of the Dee4life AGM on Saturday 19th November 2022.
John Bennett who owns Sandeman Properties Limited will not sell Dens Park to the Dundee supporters unless all the Dundee Football Club Directors are in favour.
That will never happen as long as Tim Keyes and John Nelms who are directors of Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited are still intending to build their new stadium development at the former NCR Camperdown grounds.

Just thought that there were some comments that were in tune with the views about the likelihood of Campy being built.

With one or two notable exceptions their biggest worry is any new ground has good WiFi so they can get a better stream.

Most on that site were stadium designers 3 or 4 years ago and dens was "past it".....they thought they were getting an all singing all dancing ground.....more fool them.

Most posters are concerned that we will be out of Dens Park before the new stadium at Campy Nou has started.
Nelms recently stated that they were still waiting for planning permission to be granted. Perhaps one of his close circle of friends should tell him that an application for full planning permission has to be submitted to Dundee City Council Planning Department before the members of the DCC planning committee decide whether to grant full planning permission or not.

So new manager wins the race.

Runners up spot neck and neck between realism on dab mad and planning permission application.

    Cud be a long race.
