The Rev drinks whisky only when he wants to forget which has been a lot last couple of seasons

Watched the Everton and Leicester "highlights".....we aren't even close to being as threatening (with the squad we have at present), and with what will be left after the close season, jeesus keerist.

Commentator on the Leicester Spam match summed it up quite well "It's the youngsters I feel sorry for, this'll hurt them for a long long time, players move on, managers come and go, the fans are the ones who hurt the longest"

Never has there been a more true and honest sentiment expressed by anyone commentating on football.

Shame on the B4st4ards that rape our clubs for their own ends, may they rot in hell.

While Bielsa had his adulation, we mustn't forget his use of subs was a constant source of bewilderment and his regular use of Roberts was just plain stupid. He was not the messiah, just a better coach than most, who lost his way and reached his limit. Tired of hearing he was a football genius. He has never won much as a coach. He saw something in Tyler Roberts that nobody else did (because....Roberts is awful), He had no Plan B. He tired his players out. He kept doing the same thing despite other clubs figuring out his tactics and thrashing us. IMO he'd taken us as far as he could. Living in a 3rd world commie basketcase, New Zealandistan, I am not privy to all the info you Yorkies got so may be a bit off, but imo, he was definitely going to take us down. Marsch was worse. Much much worse. For the want of a coach the battle was lost. So many ifs and buts. How to snatch relegation from the jaws of potential success. Most here saw this coming. Wonder what idiotic commie rules will be imposed on us today in 3rd world New Zealandistan.

Not sure he tired players out - injury record just as bad this season and players less fit. If you look at ultra fitness programmes lot of evidence to say bodies can cope with it.

He compensated for the lack of quality in some of our players by training them
hard and having an eye for where to play them.

He failed in the end as squad too small (and key stalwarts had retired or left and not properly replaced) and with the injuries and lack of support the team imploded.

Looking at how far some of the same players have regressed maybe he is a genius.

Would love to seem him be in charge of a squad of top quality players

Now that the dust has settled so to speak, the real gravity of our situation feels even more acute.
Ownership, which could drag on for weeks, search likely for new manager, players leaving ( who has final say on who & how much?) then just the huge job of recruiting players in,( again whos providing the funds )
    What an absolute shambles.

Don’t see how Radz can continue for another season which should mean the 49ers complete the take over.

After that then sure things will start to fall into place.

There is the basis for a good championship squad with obvious holes to fill.

Some players will either want to move on or the club will want to shift them and there should be wiling buyers

    Harrison
    Koch
    Aarsonson
    Rodrigo

Adams and sinnisterra are both injured so who knows with them. You would have thought both would tear up the EFL.

The players coming back from loan have all done well so you would imagine some of theirs will be in the reckoning.

It will be more interesting to see what happens with

    Roca
    Firpo
    Cooper
    Ayling
    Struijk
    Kristianson
    Bamford

They all have potential to do okay in the championship but we probably want to move some of them on.

Then there are the players we might want to stay who may want to go

    Gnonto
    Summerville
    Drameh
    Joffy

    Sure will be interesting
