Bring back the days when you could wheel and deal throughout the season until transfer deadline day. When the window shuts we will be praying for miracles. United according to Craigen love to shoot down the hill in the second half of games. I haven't seen any evidence of United looking to attack the opposition. We are just void of ideas, as has been the case for a number of seasons.

The we'd have to spend the whole season hoping for signings with none forthcoming.

Arabs4ever , spot on since we came back up the last time we have starved the likes of Shankland , Fletcher of any decent service , it’s been negative football for the most part from Mellon to Goodwin , there has been no creative spark middle to front and no even half decent winger who can cross a decent ball , 3/4 years on we still have the same problems it’s unbelievable and unacceptable

GMS and Wotherspoon are both still available upon release from Hearts and St Johnstone. That's two off the top of my head that are much better than we have there must be plenty out there down south etc too.

Yeh Wotherspoon in particular I felt we should have been all over like a rash. We currently have nobody at all capable of putting in a decent cross for our new big striker. Pointless.

Both been through the treatment room for an extended period in the last couple of seasons. Dont think GMS has played much since he took an injury against us a while back.

Its sad to hear that Louis Moult is our last signing, but i do hope that is a "for now" kinda comment. Mulgrew and the clown are obviously playing hard ball in the knowledge that no other fecker in Scottish football is daft enough to take them off our hands. Really feel Aziz and the situation he finds himself in, and i think the club should either pay up his contract, or donate any transfer fee gained to the cause he is having to fight.

Niskanen is notable by his absence with rumours there is an offer on the table.

And despite what others think about his ability, and while he is mentioned by the press as one who wants away, i think arguably the best player from last season in Sibbald is the last player remaining from last season that has the ability to keep us in the top half of the league.
