    Premiership playoff

    Great result for Thistle but should have scored more than two. Hope they don't regret the misses.

    It's a much shorter journey from Motherwell to Maryhill than to Dingwall!

    I hope Thistle beat County over the two legs as they will be a better option for Motherwell from a financial point of view. County bring a very small number of supporters (understandable due to the distance involved) and Thistle will definitely carry a better away support. It will also cost our club and our supporters a lot less to travel to Firhill than Dingwall.

    They're also - tempting fate here - probably going to be relegation fodder, which is always a good thing.

    Tremendously exciting but two rotten teams...fingers crossed County don't improve.
