    The Lazy One

So if we move Grant on for £4-5m, won't that mean that we will keep paying Huddersfield back and make a huge loss?

We paid around £18m for him in 2020/2021, so we must still owe at least £9m.

Losing his salary would obviously benefit but we are going to have to continue paying Huddersfield for him! Ridiculous innit.

On the plus side (and the only one) is that at least Lai can't trouser any. of the profit as there won't be any.

Apologies, this has probably been discussed before!

I think they used the Perreira deal to offset Grant. £2m per season coming in, same amount coming out. Both around the £15m mark. A massive loss, but we can't have a sulking bloke on £20k a week on the bench. Not a great way to conduct business though; a quality player going out to fund a lazy one.

I'm still a bit miffed with Bilic that he was integral in the sign off on these shocking strikers. He was in charge when we signed Austin, Zohore and Grant. Best part of £30m for that trio!

Indeed Matt, I do really miss Perreira, what a player he was!

He can't be happy where he is, although can;t imaging he would come back to us whilst we are in the mire

Couldn’t agree more Stevil, Perriera was the best player we’ve had in a very long time
Not only was he good though he made others tick for example Diagana who he had a great relationship on the pitch he seemed to give him confidence and also the ball early and in dangerous situations for us
    I’d love him back

He’s currently been loaned by Al Hilal to another Saudi team

And who the feck thought Grant would replace him wants shooting
