    Takeover imminent.

Talk Sport reporting Radrizzani has agreed to terms of the sale of the club to the 49ers.

Did a lot of good but trusting Orta and his actions while chasing the Sampdoria gig have left a stain on his time with us.

So by the looks of it we are in the hands of the 49ers pretty soon.

    What could possibly go wrong.....

Sorry Rev, I don't see anything that would have originated from the 49-rs as having been good for LUFC (if that's what you mean).

They have dictated the appointment of a coach who was clearly out of his depth and unable to manage a club/squad in the PL

They have dictated the acquisition of players with links to Marsch, Red Bull or both, especially those from the USA, with no clear evaluation of their ability to perform at the level required of a PL player, few of whom have actually delivered (with the exceptions of Wober and Gnonto).

If their track record is anything to be judged by, our future is much less certain than we might have hoped for.

Yip, not looking forward to more 5hite footballers brought in on a whim. Some accomplished and experienced players are required. We should start with a striker!

This lot have money to burn and I don't think will be any worse than any other owners we have had in last 20 years,

We are all assuming 49'S had input in to recent managerial changes and recruitment but genuinely think that was more Orta and Radz poor selection choices.

49ers may well hold the purse strings, think the ***** part will rest with who becomes manager & DOF.
Manager needs experience of English football, the DOF, would like an " old school " type, wise old head, knows what type of player fits Championship. Think its time for basics again, some solid pros to lead what could be a youngish squad.

Agree. 49ers owners/organization rarely if ever get involved with running team. The exception was when Koepernick decided to take a knee during the anthem. He was a very good quarterback but he had to go at end of season.

Que sera sera - time will tell but don’t let that hold back the resident sage of all that is doom and gloom.
