Current team by a landslide. Kasper wasn't signed at the start of the season and that team basically revolved around Kasper being a wall in goal, Ben Davies set pieces and Lee Hughes banging them in the net from a ball over the top. When you look at the debt that team created, you have to wonder where it was all spent

It was spent on limo rides and executive flights to North Korea amongst other things.

I think the Munto team was more akin to Wrexham last year - especially once Cotterill had taken over.

A well-oiled machine, full of leaders with a number of players playing below their level.

It's amazing just how bad we were before that and we never dropped out the league before we did when you think back to the wave after wave of dross we went through year on year.

Munto team got lucky as the squad was actuallly very small and we had almost zero injuries. In the second half of the season at least.

This. If you remember the only time we really suffered with injuries was a match away at Port Vale when we were already promoted and Hughes and Ben Davies went off injured, we looked incredibly mediocre that day without those two.

Munto team beats this current team fairly comfortably at the minute.

At the minute that's a true statement by measure of achievement. The current team would need to win League Two to be considered their equal, and if LW's team went on to do well in League One then they would arguably surpass the Munto team, although that side was always unsustainable and gradually broke up during the following year anyway.

If we're talking about value for money, then it's no contest. The current team's achievement and potential is far more impressive than the Munto team relative to the amount spent building those two sides.
