    Class

    Or the lack of it..

Arabs embraced a certain young welsh player but when the chips are down. He downed tools and departed as soon as he could.

Not one thank you or mention of the fact that we welcomed him to Tannadice when we wasn’t good enough at Old Trafford.

Going to Hibs to save his Welsh national career, wake up and smell the coffee laddie… if you were any good you wouldn’t have ended up in the scottish leagues.

Thought him as a little prick even before leaving and even more now as you say it was all about Hibs and his Welsh caps . A few good games , 3 or 4 terrific goals and lot hiding in games as he not got the bottle for a battle in games

Don't blame him in the slightest for leaving. We're a basket case of a football club. Hibs are a different level to us right now and will 100% better his chances of International football. Can't blame the laddie for wanting the better for himself.

Also, if anyone asks his opinion on his time at Utd, I'm sure he'll give it.

He's one of the few on good money who helped put us down , not up for fighting for the team pulling out tackles that's if he went to tackle . Got his level of football the Scottish league

Every single player in that team is on good money and should be performing far better than they have done.

Two points here - 1. I suspect the Club themselves were desperate to offload Levitt from the wage bill and it was hardly his fault he was offered and accepted the contract he was on in the first place and 2. It wasn’t Levitt’s fault that an absolutely disastrous signing policy left him bereft of any sort of central defensive midfield cover to allow him to go out and play as I’m sure he wanted to. Not exactly his fault that neither Fuchs or Butcher were properly replaced.

There were many culpable both on and off the park for last season. There are many above Levitt on that particular list.

I put that wrong should have said good few of them on good money not meaning just few like 4 or 5 . Yes most them should have performed lot better but he looked class at start with us but don't think he performed anywhere near he could have when not injured

I don't have any rancour against Levitt, I'm just frustrated due to mismanagement of club we never maximised his talent and got a decent fee, also notice Hibs signed him on a 3 year deal.

As tHeArAb says, we can't blame the player for leaving. But we can lay part of the blame of our relegation on him because there was many games where he hid. Seen several games where he was frightened to put in a tackle. Even in the final third.

A fine player on his day but he'll need to find some courage if he wants a career at the top level.
