    My sort don't.
Therefore there's little scope for engagement.
Our experiences of the human condition obviously differs substantially.
"Socialist tripe universally taught in our schools " is Daily Mail level rhetoric not worthy of a response.
And for the avoidance of doubt I didn't claim to have a superior moral compass, just a different one.
What do you make of our recent signings?

    It’s “Differ”!

    Growing old beats the alternative.
Mebbes I'm getting philosophical in my old age (and I cannot argue with Craig Finn's line in "Cheyanne sunrise" that "....some things they seem much harder, some other things stay soft") but I'm delighted to be galloping into that demographic.
Fair point I have also seen close friends drop off the perch and I am certainly grateful to still be in the fight. Suspect my knees and lower back had influence in my reply. Careful with the philosophising though you're likely to turn the Dail Mail into kindling.

Just informing you of who pays them, not criticising. Please stop saying “bell cow” in every second post and making assumptions as to who you think might read the Daily Mail FFS - it’s ubiquitous amongst “your types” to try to berate anyone whose politics are even marginally to the right of Marx, and quite rude too. Bell end, more like!

You repeatedly use attack lines on the Scottish government which are from the Daily Mail. You say you don’t read it & I certainly won’t doubt you but if it looks like a duck & quacks like a duck…

    So................is that "no"? 🤔

Is "lead influencer" a more acceptable term?

I'm always interested in the thinking of political moderates.

… away and continue swinging your lead more like, we’ll see you OK - no option, regrettably. Of course, you meant political mainstream. Over and out, got to work, not just turn up.

He works for the government, getting on a bit, so feels he has to keep up with what he thinks is modern jargon.

So bell cows are looking for hills to die on etc.

I hadn't heard either of them before but then I don't have to try to keep up with the youngsters in the office.

Not really a criticism of you sneckie min, the private sector is just as bad.
I watched the same thing happening to my brother in law during his final years at Shell.

Away to definitely not do any work, fancy a snooze.

Clock watcher, clearly. Don’t normally do that but you’ve been taking far too many liberties on that front.
