Being such a high profile figure can sometimes mean all the focus comes at a heavier price, ala Philip Schofield.
Amazingly, Edwards is now in a hospital with ''serious mental health issues'' in other words he's been outed.
The Met Police have already said he will not face any Police action. The damage has been done and his career is probably well and truly over along with his marriage.

It didn't stop him getting back into presenting though as he later worked for London Weekend Television, ITV, SKY and on LBC radio in London.
Just can't see Edwards presenting Calendar though.
