There are a few fans who want him out of the club. Seem to think that he does f*ck all, without probably having the first clue what he actually does. Simply put, his continued association with us, especially when times are tough, automatically mean his role must be questioned and he's part of the problem. Typical football fan mentality. I've heard stories of management being too scared to sack him which is absolute f*cking nonsense. He's one of the most liked characters at the club and I know for a fact the kids love working with him. I've no doubt whoever made the shout yesterday will have been one of the Bowman out brigade. As you say, he isnt the problem.

Seems a very quick turn around tbh, I easily could have waited another month or so before hearing about upcoming games and the restart so we could properly reset
Yes it’s a minter , but to be fair hopefully it’s just young laddies, I remember doing the exact same to Iain Scott at Dens around 1971/72 I was only 16 I really should’ve known better , I’d hope grown men wouldn’t behave like this , I certainly wouldn’t now

Being liked though, is that the main credentials to be a first team coach? I guess if you are questioning the previous goalkeeper coach, then you have question other roles as well, regardless of club legend status. Would he get a job elsewhere? Just playing devils advocate, as you say, there are bigger problems. No excuse for conduct of fans though, even stranger you would want to record it and embarrass your club by posting it, if that's where it's come from.

No it doesn't, but the point about 'being liked' was in regards to management being scared of him, not his coaching credentials. Given the changes Goodwin has made, if Bowman was no use as a coach, you'd think he'd have also gone. Saying that, folks attitude to Bowman being at the club go a lot further back than when he stepped up to first team coach

He's been here through good and bad times so he isn't the problem at all
